Hotel Skeppsholmen
Hotell Skeppsholmen is a design hotel in Stockholm, housed in historic naval barracks from 1699. The visual identity bridges the gap between the building’s plain late baroque exteriors and its contemporary interiors. A custom typographic pattern, based on boxy barrack-style letters, forms the core of the brand expression. Developed in close collaboration with interior architects Claesson Koivisto Rune, the identity integrates seamlessly into the building’s interior and exterior through thoughtful wayfinding and signage. Light, materials, and textures are carefully considered to reflect the understated elegance and quiet luxury of the hotel.
